In-Person and Online Psychological Counselling

Connect With Your Inner Wisdom and Strength

You’re Welcome Here, Just as You Are

When you’re living abroad, it can be challenging to find the right support that fits your needs. As an English-speaking counsellor with two decades of experience living in Switzerland, I understand the highs and lows of living abroad. Many individuals who immigrate often share that there’s a particular kind of loneliness and pressure that can come from living in a different country or navigating daily life far from family and friends. I provide a space to process those changes, reconnect with yourself, and find care that’s culturally responsive and supportive.

I offer in-person sessions in Lausanne and Lutry, as well as online psychological counselling in Geneva, Vevey, and across Switzerland, the UK, and Europe. My practice is rooted in deep respect for your lived experience and identity, and a commitment to making therapy a safe, grounding space to explore what matters to you.

In-Person and Online Psychological Counselling

Adults

Compassionate, attuned support tailored to you

You might be holding a lot right now: responsibilities, emotions, memories, or uncertainty. Maybe something isn’t feeling quite right, but you can't put your finger on it.

Counselling gives you a space to slow down and listen more deeply to yourself, to what’s underneath the stress, the stuckness, or the overwhelm.

Together, we can explore patterns that feel hard to shift, past experiences that still impact you, or the parts of yourself you’ve had to push away in order to cope. Whatever brings you to counselling, I'll support your healing and reconnecting to yourself.

Adolescents

A space for teens to talk, grow, and feel understood

Being a teenager can feel exciting, intense, confusing, and lonely, sometimes all in the same day. Many teens benefit from having a space that’s just for them outside of the home. In our sessions, you can share what's on your mind and what you're going through.

I’ll support you and help you explore what matters, understand your thoughts and emotions, and feel more confident in who you are.

Parents & Caregivers

Guidance and support for you and your teen

Raising teenagers can feel like you’re in uncharted waters, especially when you’re living abroad. You might feel unsure how to support your child through mental health challenges, academic pressure, or relationships.

If you're worried about your teen and not sure what they need, you're not alone. I offer a collaborative, supportive space to care for your teen’s wellbeing.

I offer support for parents, too, where you can explore your feelings, reflect on what’s coming up in your parenting, and feel less alone.

How I Work

As a person-centred counsellor, our work together will be deeply rooted in the authentic therapeutic relationship and trust that we build. In sessions, you can expect a warm and collaborative space.

My approach is integrative, meaning I draw from several different modalities depending on what best supports you. At the heart of our work together is a deep belief in your capacity for healing, self-understanding, and growth.

Approaches

  • IFS helps you explore the different parts of yourself, like the part that wants to people-please, the part that feels anxious, or the part that’s an inner critic. Instead of trying to push these parts away, we learn how to listen to them and care for them with compassion. This helps bring more calm, clarity, and inner balance.

  • This approach sees you as the author of your own story. You are not defined by problems, diagnoses, or past experiences. Together, we’ll explore the stories you carry about yourself and your life, and begin to rewrite the ones that feel limiting or painful.

  • Life can bring up big questions about purpose, identity, and meaning, especially during transitions or times of stress. Existential therapy makes space for these deeper reflections, helping you connect with your values and sense of direction.

  • CBT helps you notice the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. It offers practical tools to shift unhelpful thought patterns, reduce anxiety or overwhelm, and feel more empowered in daily life.

  • Our bodies hold so much of what we’ve experienced. I bring a gentle, body-aware lens to counselling. I'll help you to tune into sensations, regulate your nervous system, and build a more connected relationship with your body.

Compassionate Care in Switzerland and Europe

I work internationally and support clients from diverse cultural and family backgrounds. I provide counselling in English for adults and teens (13+) living in Switzerland, the UK, and across Europe. You can meet with me online from wherever you are, or in person in Lausanne or Lutry, Switzerland.
