Therapy in English for Adults, Teens, & Expats Across Switzerland & Europe
Helping You Heal, Grow, and Live Authentically
Feel More Like Yourself Again
You may be functioning on the outside, but inside, you're overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of who you are anymore. You’re showing up for everyone else, but somewhere along the way, you’ve lost sight of yourself.
Or maybe it’s your teen who’s struggling. You’re trying to be strong for them, but you don’t know how to best support them.
I offer therapy in English to teens, adults, and expats across Vaud, Fribourg, and Geneva. Sessions are available in person in Lutry and Lausanne, and online throughout Switzerland, the UK, and Europe. Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, identity shifts, or the complexities of parenting, we will work together to gain a deeper understanding of who you are, what you need, and how to care for yourself in a way that feels right to you.

Person-centred: I’ll meet you with curiosity, compassion, and care. My role isn’t to lead you away from yourself, but to walk with you as you return to your voice, your truth, and your own way forward.
Trauma-informed: Your body and nervous system have been doing their best to protect you. In therapy, we’ll move gently and at your pace, building safety, trust, and connection as we make space for healing.
Neurodiversity-affirming: I don’t see differences as something to fix; I see it as something to understand, honour, and support. Together, we’ll explore how your mind works, what you need to thrive, and how to move through the world without shrinking or masking who you are.
Hi, I’m Claire.
I help my clients reconnect with themselves and grow into a life they love.
I offer therapy in English for teens, adults, and expats who feel lost, burdened by inner struggles, or disconnected from themselves and the life they long for. I gently guide them towards clarity, connection, and a renewed sense of possibility. Many of my clients are also trying to make life work in a new country or unfamiliar environment.
Before I became a psychosocial counsellor, I worked in education and professional development for over 25 years, supporting teens and young adults as they found their way toward confidence, clarity, and growth. Over the years, I witnessed how, when people feel truly seen, compassion and flexibility can open the door to transformation and healing.
In our work together, I’ll meet you where you are and help you rediscover your voice, rebuild trust in yourself, and take steps toward a more connected life. If you’re struggling to stay regulated, stuck in self-criticism, or unsure of who you are anymore, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Together, we’ll begin to gently untangle what’s weighing you down and nurture your voice and strengths.

You're tired of running on empty, always trying to keep it together while the worry or sadness builds under the surface. Together, we’ll explore what’s underneath the symptoms and help you find relief and ways to feel more grounded.
-
The stress from managing hormonal shifts, relationship changes, fertility concerns, or the invisible load of caregiving adds up over time. We’ll work together to help you reconnect with yourself and feel more empowered.
-
Being in a relationship with others is complicated because we’re all human. Even healthy relationships have periods with more conflict or disconnection. You might find yourself stuck in patterns or struggling to feel truly understood. I’ll help you explore how you show up with others and find ways to connect and deepen your relationships.
-
You love your child deeply but feel stuck, frustrated, or unsure how to help. Therapy offers a space to sort through the guilt, rebuild connection, and feel more confident in how you show up as a parent.
-
Academic pressure, identity questions, and relationship issues can be overwhelming for many young people. I offer a supportive space where they can express themselves, explore who they are, and develop healthy ways to cope and grow.
-
If you've spent years trying to fit in, keep up, or hide parts of yourself, it can feel like you’ve lost touch with who you truly are. Together, we'll explore what's beneath the mask and begin to rebuild a life that feels authentic and wholly yours.
-
Whether you're adapting to life in a new country, starting school or work, or facing the end of a relationship, big changes can shake your sense of identity. We’ll navigate the uncertainty together, helping you find clarity and self-connection.
-
When someone or something is no longer in your life, the loss can impact your emotions, sense of self, daily routines, and more. Whether you’re mourning a loved one, navigating the end of a relationship, or facing a loss of identity or community, the ache can be difficult to carry alone. If you’ve moved to a new country, it may feel even more isolating. Together we’ll create a safe space for your grief, gently explore what you’re feeling, and help you begin to feel more whole as you move forward.
Compassionate Care for Life’s Challenges in a Space That’s Just for You

Ways We Can Work Together
“I was heard and truly seen. Claire understood the importance of cultural differences, of the challenges I face as a foreigner far from home. She made a huge difference in how well I have coped in many areas.”
