It can be difficult to reach out and ask for help and you may not even be sure about having counselling. That’s OK! An initial chat can help address some of your concerns.
Our first conversation or meeting will give you an opportunity to share what has brought you to therapy, enable me to gain a better understanding of your current situation and for you to decide if the way I work, suits you.
Feeling comfortable with me and my style of counselling is important for good therapy. If you would like to proceed, we would agree a convenient day and time to meet.
